  Senior Business Analyst in Investments Division of large international insurance and financial services corporation. As a Senior BA, responsibilities primarily consisted of liaison to the Investments business users and to elicit, analyze, and document detailed requirements for use in system design and for quality assurance testing Project work included lead US analyst and test manager on $5 Million, 2+ year investment data warehouse implementation (Eagle PACE); analysis on in-house Fixed-Income Performance Measurement and Attribution (PM&A) system Non-project work included numerous productivity and efficiency initiatives, including the roll-out of MS SharePoint for document sharing and collaboration; video conference set-up and training between international locations as well as to the desktop; CMM-based process improvement initiatives (updating of project assets and procedures).
